No-cost proposals
When Triad offers an initial website sample at no cost, the client is under no obligation to continue. Payment is made only after approving the project to move forward to preparation and publishing.
Activation and one-time-payment projects
Once the project is accepted and preparation, configuration or publishing work has begun, payments are nonrefundable. If Triad cannot provide the agreed service, a refund for the uncompleted portion will be evaluated.
Monthly services
Monthly charges that have already been processed are nonrefundable. The managed website plan has an initial 12-month commitment. After that period, cancellation must be requested in writing before the next charge.
Custom projects
Deposits, payment stages and cancellation terms for design, e-commerce and other custom projects are specified in the corresponding proposal.
How to request a cancellation
Send the request from the email address associated with the project and include the business name and service you wish to cancel. Cancellation is confirmed in writing.
