1. Scope of services
Triad Visual Lab provides graphic design, website development, Shopify store configuration and related production services. The scope, deliverables, price and schedule of each project are confirmed through a proposal, quote, invoice or written agreement.
2. Information and approvals
The client is responsible for providing the necessary information, text, images, logos, access and approvals. The client confirms that they have the right to use the submitted materials and that the business information provided is accurate.
3. Payments
Payments are made according to the terms stated in the proposal. Recurring services are automatically charged to the authorized payment method. Charges for platforms, domains, applications, licenses, printing or other external providers are not included unless expressly stated.
4. Managed website plan
The managed plan requires an initial 12-month commitment. After the initial term, it continues through monthly charges until the client requests cancellation in writing before the next billing cycle. Service may be suspended if a payment is not completed.
5. Revisions and changes
Included revisions are limited to the agreed scope. Changes in direction, additional content, new pages, special features or substantial revisions may require an additional quote.
6. Ownership and use
Rights to the final work are transferred as stated in the proposal and after all corresponding payments have been received. Tools, licenses, templates, typefaces, stock photography and third-party components remain subject to their own terms of use.
7. Third-party providers
Services such as Stripe, Shopify, domain registrars, hosting, forms and applications operate under their own terms. Triad Visual Lab does not control outages, price changes or decisions made by these platforms.
